Pork Chop Pie Recipe
- 6 loin pork chops
- 10 to 12 pcs bread, broken up for bread stuffing
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- Celery and onion
- Grease glass baking dish with butter.
- Place pork chops in dish, salt and pepper lightly.
- In skillet, saute/fry onion and celery in 2 Tbsp.
- butter.
- Dump bread stuffing into skillet and mix well.
- You can add in poultry seasoning to taste.
- Add in sufficient lowfat milk to make bread stick together.
- Spread bread stuffing over pork chops to create a crust over the entire dish.
- Take 1 can of cream of mushroom soup, dilute with 1/4 c. water.
- Pour over stuffing.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour without cover.
