Low-Cal, Bottle Gourd Squash Pudding( Doodhi Kheer)

  1. Mix the dry milk in 1 cup water and make a smooth paste.
  2. Heat the ghee.
  3. Add the squash and lightly saute.
  4. Add the milk, milk powder mix and the sugar.
  5. Simmer on medium heat till squash is cooked.
  6. Add the cardamom powder.
  7. Serve warm or chilled.
