Roasted Tomatoes with Parmesan Cheese

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Slice tomato; then cut each slice into quarter sections.
  3. Place tomatoes onto a cookie sheet, salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Roast for approximately 10 to 15 minutes, or until the tomatoes are hot and bubbly, at this time add the parmesan cheese.
  5. Let the cheese melt then remove from oven.
  6. Let tomatoes cool; and then serve on Ritz Crackers.
  7. Serve immediately.
