Roasted Tomatoes with Parmesan Cheese
- 1 whole Tomato
- Salt And Pepper, to taste
- 1 cup Shredded Parmesan Cheese
- Your Favorite Crackers
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Slice tomato; then cut each slice into quarter sections.
- Place tomatoes onto a cookie sheet, salt and pepper to taste.
- Roast for approximately 10 to 15 minutes, or until the tomatoes are hot and bubbly, at this time add the parmesan cheese.
- Let the cheese melt then remove from oven.
- Let tomatoes cool; and then serve on Ritz Crackers.
- Serve immediately.
