Marinated Pork Chops with Grilled Vegetables
- 4 bone-in or boneless pork chops, 1/2 inch thick (about 5 oz. each) Safeway 1 lb For $1.99 thru 02/09
- 1 cup KRAFT Tuscan House Italian Dressing
- 1/4 cup GREY POUPON Dijon Mustard
- 2 medium red and/or green peppers, cut lengthwise into wedges
- 2 small zucchini, cut diagnonally into 1/4-inch thick slices
- Preheat grill to medium heat.
- Pierce both sides of chops several times with fork; place in shallow dish or resealable plastic bag.
- Combine dressing and mustard.
- Pour half of the dressing mixture over chops; cover dish or seal bag.
- Refrigerate at least 15 min.
- to marinate.
- Set remaining dressing mixture aside for later use.
- Remove chops from marinade; discard marinade.
- Place chops and vegetables on grate of grill.
- Grill 7 to 8 min.
- on each side or until chops are cooked through and vegetables are crisp-tender, brushing occasionally with the reserved dressing mixture.
