Marinated Pork Chops with Grilled Vegetables

  1. Preheat grill to medium heat.
  2. Pierce both sides of chops several times with fork; place in shallow dish or resealable plastic bag.
  3. Combine dressing and mustard.
  4. Pour half of the dressing mixture over chops; cover dish or seal bag.
  5. Refrigerate at least 15 min.
  6. to marinate.
  7. Set remaining dressing mixture aside for later use.
  8. Remove chops from marinade; discard marinade.
  9. Place chops and vegetables on grate of grill.
  10. Grill 7 to 8 min.
  11. on each side or until chops are cooked through and vegetables are crisp-tender, brushing occasionally with the reserved dressing mixture.
