Christmas White Fruit Cake

  1. Cream butter and sugar.
  2. Add slightly beaten eggs, gradually mixing well after each addition.
  3. Beat in salt and orange juice. Add flour, a cupful at a time, mixing well.
  4. Combine fruits with batter.
  5. Add nuts and mix well into batter.
  6. Grease baking pans, then line with foil.
  7. Fill with batter.
  8. Bake at 375u0b0 about 2 hours for smaller loaf pans and 2 1/2 hours for larger loaf pans. You may also use a ring pan.
  9. Cool thoroughly, then remove from pan.
