Mexican Meatballs

  1. Mix all ingredients together.
  2. Roll into 24 meatballs.
  3. Brown in a little oil in a large nonstick skillet.
  4. Add enchilada sauce.
  5. Cover, simmer 5 minutes or until meatballs are cooked.
