Low Fat Hummus
- 1 (15 ounce) can chickpeas
- 2 garlic cloves
- 12 teaspoon tahini (or low fat PB)
- 14-12 cup chickpea liquid
- 1 tablespoon olive oil (substitute more liquid for less olive oil, replace with veg broth and cilantro)
- 1 lemon, juice of
- salt
- pepper
- cumin
- Process in food processor on high until smooth.
- Refrigerate unused portions.
