Bocadillo con Queso de Cabra (Sandwich with Chevre)

  1. Slice the roll in half.
  2. Spread one half with goat cheese (if youd like more, please add it!).
  3. Pat the tomato slices dry, then layer over the goat cheese.
  4. Wash and dry the oregano, and pull the leaves off the stems.
  5. Sprinkle over as much as you would like.
  6. Be liberal here, the oregano makes the sandwich!
  7. Then drizzle this half with honeyagain, be liberal!
  8. Honeys an important flavor here.
  9. On the other haf of the roll, brush a bit of olive oil (about 1/2 tablespoon or so).
  10. Put both halves together and wrap tightly in tin foil.
  11. Place in a 375 degrees F toaster oven for about 10 minutes.
  12. Allow to cool for a few seconds, unwrap, and enjoy!
