Bocadillo con Queso de Cabra (Sandwich with Chevre)
- 1 whole Good Quality Sandwich Roll
- 3 ounces, weight Plain Goat Cheese
- 1 Ripe Tomato, Sliced
- 5 sprigs Fresh Oregano
- Honey Or Agave Nectar
- 1/2 Tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Slice the roll in half.
- Spread one half with goat cheese (if youd like more, please add it!).
- Pat the tomato slices dry, then layer over the goat cheese.
- Wash and dry the oregano, and pull the leaves off the stems.
- Sprinkle over as much as you would like.
- Be liberal here, the oregano makes the sandwich!
- Then drizzle this half with honeyagain, be liberal!
- Honeys an important flavor here.
- On the other haf of the roll, brush a bit of olive oil (about 1/2 tablespoon or so).
- Put both halves together and wrap tightly in tin foil.
- Place in a 375 degrees F toaster oven for about 10 minutes.
- Allow to cool for a few seconds, unwrap, and enjoy!
