Mexican Vegetables
- 1 cup cucumbers chopped
- 8 3/4 ounces corn drained
- 16 ounces tomatoes, stewed, canned
- 2 tablespoons sweet red bell peppers chopped
- 2 tablespoons green chili peppers chopped
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin ground
- 1/4 teaspoon cilantro fresh
- 18 teaspoon black pepper
- Combine ingredients and mix well.
- Serve cold.
