Macaroni Squares Recipe
- 3/4 c. elbow macaroni
- 1 med. onion, diced
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 3 Large eggs, slightly beaten
- 3/4 c. lowfat milk
- Hamburger, cooked (optional - or possibly ham or possibly broccoli)
- 2 tbsp. Parmesan or possibly 1/2 c. grated Cheddar or possibly Swiss cheese
- Paprika
- Cook elbow macaroni and drain.
- In small skillet saute/fry onion in butter till soft and transparent.
- In a bowl combine macaroni, onion and all other ingredients; stir to combine.
- Spoon macaroni mix into a greased 8 x 8 inch baking dish, sprinkle slightly with paprika.
- Bake 30 min at 325 degrees.
- Cut into squares and serve.
