Cranberry and Apple Sauce

  1. Preheat oven to 200C (390F).
  2. Place all ingredients into a 22x30cm roasting pan.
  3. Stir to combine.
  4. Roast cranberry mixture, stirring occasionally, for 30 to 40 minutes or until thick and syrupy.
  5. Set aside to cool.
