Basic Smoothie Recipe
- 1 c. Liquid, (water, fresh juice, or possibly fat free soy or possibly rice lowfat milk)
- 2 x Fresh Ripe bananas
- 1 Tbsp. Fresh whole flax seeds
- Blend at medium speed until smooth.
- Add in 1 -2 C. any frzn fruit (without added sugar) such as strawberries, blueberries, rasberries, mango etc
- Blend again at high speed until smooth.
- If the smoothie is to thick, add in more liquid until it reaches the desired consistancy.
