Basic Smoothie Recipe

  1. Blend at medium speed until smooth.
  2. Add in 1 -2 C. any frzn fruit (without added sugar) such as strawberries, blueberries, rasberries, mango etc
  3. Blend again at high speed until smooth.
  4. If the smoothie is to thick, add in more liquid until it reaches the desired consistancy.
