Shrimp Ceviche
- 3 pounds Shrimp
- 6 whole Limes, Juiced
- 4 whole Lemons, Juiced
- 1 cup Cilantro, Chopped
- 4 whole Large Tomatoes, Diced
- 1 whole Serrano Chile-seeded And Finely Chopped
- 1 whole Cucumber, Peeled And Diced
- 3 Tablespoons Tomato Sause
- Salt And Pepper, to taste
- 1/2 cups Red Onion, Finely Chopped
- 1.
- Lay shrimp in a 9x11 glass baking dish, cover with citrus juice and allow to marinate for 3 hours in the refrigerator.
- (The juice will cook the shrimp.)

- After 3 hours, combine the remaining ingredients in a large bowl.
- 3.
- Refrigerate for 1 more hour.
- Note: Serve over tostadas or chips!
- Great for picnics or as an appetizer.
