Greek Rice and Feta Salad
- 1-1/2 qt. basmati rice, uncooked
- 3 qt. green peppers, chopped
- 3 qt. cucumbers, chopped
- 2 qt. tomatoes, chopped
- 2 qt. Crumbled feta cheese
- 2-1/2 cups green onions, chopped
- 2-1/2 cups sliced black olives
- 1 qt. MIRACLE WHIP Dressing
- 1 qt. KRAFT Golden Italian Dressing
- Cook rice as directed on package.
- Cool.
- Combine rice, peppers, cucumbers, tomatoes, cheese, onions and olives in large bowl.
- Mix dressings.
- Add to rice mixture; mix lightly.
- Cover.
- Refrigerate several hours or until chilled.
