Shameless Canned Enchilada Casserole

  1. Preheat oven to 350*.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine chicken, enchilada sauce, mushroom soup, onion and garlic powder.
  3. Line a greased 12x8 inch baking pan with 2/3 of chips.
  4. Pour chicken mixture over chips.
  5. Sprinkle with cheese and cover with remaining chips.
  6. In a small saucepan, combine bouillon cubes and boiling water; stir until disspolved.
  7. Pour over mixture in dish.
  8. Sprinkle with parsley flakes and paprika.
  9. Bake for 30 minutes.
