Cincinnati Chili-Cheese Dip
- 1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup finely diced onions
- 13 to 15 oz. Cincinnati-style chili, heated
- 8 oz. shredded cheddar cheese
- Spread softened cream cheese evenly on bottom of an 8x8-inch baking pan.
- Sprinkle with finely diced onions.
- Layer heated chili over the onions and cream cheese.
- Top evenly with the cheddar.
- Heat in 350F oven for 10 minutes.
- Let stand 5-10 minutes before serving.
- Serve with corn chips or tortilla chips for dipping, and a bottle of cayenne pepper hot sauce (such as Frank's or Crystal) on the side.
