Easy Cheesy Potatoes & Ham
- 1 pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Neufchatel Cheese
- 1/2 cup BREAKSTONE'S Reduced Fat or KNUDSEN Light Sour Cream
- 1 cup fat-free reduced-sodium chicken broth
- 2 lb. baking potatoes (about 4 large), peeled, thinly sliced
- 3 cups chopped leftover baked ham
- 1 pkg. (7 oz.) KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Cheddar Cheese, divided
- Heat oven to 375F.
- Microwave Neufchatel and sour cream in large microwaveable bowl on HIGH 1 min.
- ; whisk until Neufchatel is melted and mixture is well blended.
- Gradually stir in broth.
- Add potatoes, ham and 1-1/4 cups cheddar; mix lightly.
- Spoon into 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray; cover.
- Bake 1 hour 10 min.
- or until potatoes are tender.
- Sprinkle with remaining cheddar; bake, uncovered, 5 min.
