Pan Americano

• Ice
• 2 ounces chilled Sauvignon Blanc or other crisp white wine
• 3/4 ounce pisco
• 3/4 ounce Aperol (bitter orange Italian aperitif)
• 1 ounce chilled club soda
• One 2-inch strip of Ruby Red grapefruit zest, for garnish
• 3/4 ounce yellow Chartreuse

1. Fill a white wine glass with ice.
2. Add all of the remaining ingredients except the garnish and stir well.
3. Garnish with the grapefruit zest.
