Ceviche - Fish And/Or Shrimp

  1. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.
  2. Mix thoroughly.
  3. Store in a covered glass or plastic container, lime juice should cover all ingredients; if not, add more lime juice.
  4. Refrigerate for 2-3 hours.
  5. When done, the seafood should be totally opaque.
  6. Stir before serving.
  7. Serve with tortilla chips or (my favorite way) chop avocado and place in a dish.
  8. Spoon ceviche on top of avocado.
