Dulce de Leche Layered Dessert

  1. Combine cookie crumbs, sugar and butter; press onto bottom of 13x9-inch dish.
  2. Drizzle 1/3 cup dulce de leche over crust; gently spread to cover completely.
  3. Sprinkle with 2 Tbsp.
  4. nuts.
  5. Refrigerate until ready to use.
  6. Mix cream cheese, 2 Tbsp.
  7. milk and remaining dulce de leche in medium bowl until blended.
  8. Stir in 1-1/4 cups COOL WHIP; spread over nuts in pan.
  9. Beat pudding mixes, 3-1/4 cups milk and vanilla with whisk 2 min.
  10. ; pour over dessert.
  11. Let stand 5 min.
  12. or until thickened.
  13. Cover with remaining COOL WHIP; sprinkle with remaining nuts.
  14. Refrigerate 4 hours.
