Yakitori with My Family's Yummy Sauce

  1. Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces, and cut the Japanese leek into 2 cm pieces.
  2. Alternately skewer the chicken and Japanese leek.
  3. Use 3 pieces of chicken and 2 pieces of Japanese leek.
  4. Add the ingredients in a small pot, and turn on the heat to medium.
  5. When it starts to boil, mix with a spatula so that it won't burn, and simmer until thickened.
