Bamboo Shoots and Spring Onion Stir-Fry with Salt and Garlic
- 200 grams Bamboo shoot (boiled, canned of vacuum packed)
- 1/2 Spring onions
- 1 clove Garlic
- 1 tbsp Sesame oil
- 1 1/2 tsp Weipa
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1 Pepper
- Slice the bamboo shoots into 5 mm-thick wedges.
- Slice the onion thinly.
- Finely grate the garlic.
- Heat the sesame oil and garlic in frying pan When it starts to smell nice, add the onion and stir-fry slowly over a low flame.
- When the onion becomes transparent, add the bamboo shoots, stir fry for about 2 minutes, then add the ingredients marked with a and stir fry.
- When the seasoning is evenly distributed, it's done.
