Salt-and-HerbRoasted New Potatoes

  1. Preheat the oven to 375F.
  2. Toss everything together in a large bowl.
  3. Dump the herbed potatoes on a baking sheet and spread them out in a single layer.
  4. Pour any remaining oil on top.
  5. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes, until the potatoes are cooked through and crispy around the edges.
