Snickerdoodle Bread
- 1 cup butter (2 sticks) softened
- 2 cup sugar
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 3 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 3/4 cup sour cream
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 2 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 packages Hershey's cinnamon chips
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 2 tsp ground cinnamon
- Preheat oven to 350AF
- Cream butter, sugar, cinnamon and salt with a mixer until fluffy.
- Add eggs and mix well.
- Add vanilla and sour cream.
- Mix well.
- Mix baking powder and flour in a separate bowl.
- Gradually add flour to wet ingredients and mix .
- Add cinnamon chips.
- Mix with spoon.
- Spoon mixture into 4 mini loaf pans that have been sprayed with Pam.
- Now mix the last two ingredients (sugar and cinnamon) in a small bowl and sprinkle on loaves.
- Bake for 35 to 38 min.
- until toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool for 10 min and remove loaves from pan.
- Enjoy!
