Brown-and-White Favorite

  1. Cook chocolate, milk and sugar in large saucepan on very low heat until chocolate is completely melted and mixture is well blended, stirring frequently.
  2. Pour into large bowl.
  3. Refrigerate until slightly thickened.
  4. Whisk chocolate mixture until blended.
  5. Add marshmallows and vanilla; mix well.
  6. Stir in COOL WHIP.
  7. Pour into 8-inch square pan.
  8. Freeze 2 hours or until firm.
