Cool Fruited Shrimp Salad

  1. Cook and cool shrimp.
  2. Alternatively, purchase already cooked shrimp.
  3. Slice onion thinly; peel and slice kiwi; slice strawberries (1/8 pound = 4 to 5 large berries); tear greens (1/4 pound = 2 cups greens).
  4. Arrange shrimp, onion and fruit over greens.
  5. Drizzle with dressing.
  6. Make Caramel Coffee Dessert Drink by placing coffee in filter brew basket of coffee maker.
  7. Place Caramel topping in empty pot of coffee maker.
  8. Prepare coffee with 8 oz.
  9. of cold water.
  10. When brewing is complete, stir until well mixed.
  11. Enjoy salad and drink with crackers and measured amount of frozen yogurt.
