Sausage & Potato Soup With Spinach

  1. Heat broth, potatoes, and seasonings on medium heat in a large dutch oven or soup pot.
  2. Meanwhile, cook sausage into crumbles with garlic in some olive oil.
  3. Combine sausage and garlic into soup and bring to a boil.
  4. Lower heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
  5. Add spinach just before serving.
