Spaghetti Napolitan with Dried Daikon Radish Strips
- 50 grams Kiriboshi daikon
- 4 sausages Wiener sausages
- 1/2 Onion
- 1 Green pepper
- 20 grams Carrot
- 1 Olive oil
- 1 Grated cheese
- Set aside the dried daikon radish strips in water.
- Heat olive oil in a pan, add thinly sliced onions and fry until translucent.
- Add finely chopped carrots and green peppers.
- Add diagonally-sliced wiener sausages, add strained daikon strips, and add mixture A.
- Serve on a plate, add Parmesan cheese, and eat.
