TOBLERONE Festive Cookies
- 1 batch of short bread cookie dough
- 2 bars (100 g each) Toblerone Swiss Milk Chocolate, any flavour
- PREPARE your favourite shortbread recipe.
- Shape dough into 1 in.
- (2.5 cm) balls; roll in additional sugar.
- Place on ungreased baking sheets.
- Use handle of a wooden spoon or thumb to make deep indentations in centre of each ball.
- BAKE according to recipe.
- Place one chocolate triangle in centre of each warm cookie.
- Remove from baking sheets to cool on wire racks.
