TOBLERONE Festive Cookies

• 1 batch of short bread cookie dough
• 2 bars (100 g each) Toblerone Swiss Milk Chocolate, any flavour

1. PREPARE your favourite shortbread recipe.
2. Shape dough into 1 in.
3. (2.5 cm) balls; roll in additional sugar.
4. Place on ungreased baking sheets.
5. Use handle of a wooden spoon or thumb to make deep indentations in centre of each ball.
6. BAKE according to recipe.
7. Place one chocolate triangle in centre of each warm cookie.
8. Remove from baking sheets to cool on wire racks.
