Mushroom Caviar

  1. Fry the onions lightly in the olive oil, then add the mushrooms.
  2. Sprinkle with pepper and lemon juice and continue to fry for 2-3 minutes.
  3. Remove the mixture to a bowl, cover, and refrigerate for a few hours.
  4. Serve cold with chopped spring onions.
