Taco cornbread

• 2 box jiffy corn muffin mix
• 1 lb seasoned taco meat
• 1 can rotel
• 2 cup shredded cheese of choice

1. My on box of muffin mix layer bottom of cast iron skillet or 13x9 in pan
2. Layer 1 cup cheese taco meat the 2nd cup of cheese then mix and add second layer of corn bread
3. Bake 30 minutes and add topping such as a our cream if desired
