loresco Sauce

  1. Heat oil in a skillet.
  2. Add garlic and chilies.
  3. Saute 30 seconds.
  4. Stir in the tomatoes and wine.
  5. Bring to a boil.
  6. Reduce.
  7. Simmer 10 minutes.
  8. Stir in paprika, salt, pepper, rosemary, parsley and almonds.
  9. Simmer 2 minutes.
  10. Serve over pasta, meat or ANYTHING!
  11. Top with romano if desired.
