Easy Chicken And Vegetable Casserole Recipe

  1. About one hour before serving: Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
  2. In medium bowl, mix peas, green beans, mushrooms, green pepper and 1/2 tsp.
  3. salt; set aside.
  4. On waxed paper, coat chicken with flour.
  5. In 2 1/2 qt casserole dish, place half of chicken, sprinkle with 1/2 tsp.
  6. salt and 1/2 tsp.
  7. paprika.
  8. Top with half of vegetables and repeat with remaining chicken, salt, paprika, then vegetables.
  9. Cover; bake 50 min till chicken is fork-tender.
  10. Serves 4.
