Awesome Chicken Parm!
- 4 Chicken Breasts (pounded) sprinkle with salt, pepper, and garlic powder
- 2 beaten eggs mixed with a little water season with a little salt and pepper
- 1/2 cup flour seasoned with salt, pepper, and garlic powder ... 1 1/2 c. Italian seasoned breadcrumbs
- 1 Extra Virgin Olive Oil for frying
- 1 Spaghetti sauce of your choice, I make my own with Italian Sausage
- 1 Sliced Provolone cheese
- Rinse and pound chicken breasts with a meat mallet until flattened evenly.
- Dust with flour then dip into egg mixture and cover with bread crumbs.
- Let sit for 5 mins before frying.
- Then fry until golden brown.
- Place chicken in baking pan and cover with spaghetti sauce and top with provolone cheese.
- Bake at 350 for 25 mins or until sauce is bubbly and cheese is melted.
- Garnish with fresh basil and serve with pasta.
