Smoky Jalapeno-Jack Chicken Wrap

  1. Mix mayonnaise and barbecue sauce; refrigerate until ready to use.
  2. For each serving: Spread 1 oz.
  3. (30 g) of the mayonnaise mixture onto 1 tortilla; cover with 2 oz.
  4. (60 g) chicken, 1 oz.
  5. (30 g) each peppers and lettuce, 1/2 oz.
  6. (15 g) onions and 2 cheese slices.
  7. Roll up tightly.
  8. Cut diagonally in half to serve.
  9. Secure each half with toothpick.
