Smoky Jalapeno-Jack Chicken Wrap
- 1-1/2 cups Kraft Mayo Real Mayonnaise
- 1-1/2 cups Bull's-Eye Bold Original Barbecue Sauce
- 24 each flour tortillas (9 inch)
- - deli smoked chicken, thinly sliced Whole Foods 1 lb For $3.99 thru 02/09
- 1-1/2 qt. green peppers, cut into strips
- 1-1/2 qt. iceberg lettuce, shredded
- 3 cups red onions, diced
- 48 each Kraft Jalapeno Monterey Jack Slices
- Mix mayonnaise and barbecue sauce; refrigerate until ready to use.
- For each serving: Spread 1 oz.
- (30 g) of the mayonnaise mixture onto 1 tortilla; cover with 2 oz.
- (60 g) chicken, 1 oz.
- (30 g) each peppers and lettuce, 1/2 oz.
- (15 g) onions and 2 cheese slices.
- Roll up tightly.
- Cut diagonally in half to serve.
- Secure each half with toothpick.
