Mediterranean Style Potatoes
- 2 lbs baking potatoes (each cut into 4 wedges)
- 2 teaspoons mediterranean seasoning (Wildtree Mediterranean Dry Rub)
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 3 tablespoons roasted garlic grapeseed oil
- 12 cup low sodium chicken broth
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
- Toss potatoes, Mediterranean seasoning and garlic oil on a rimmed baking sheet and spread potatoes out into an even layer.
- Bake the potatoes for 20 minutes.
- Add the broth and, toss and bake until cooked through and golden brown, about 20 minutes.
