Fruity Rainbow Salad

  1. Drain pineapple, reserving 1/4 c juice.
  2. (Discard remaining juice or save for another use.)
  3. In a bowl, combine pineapple, strawberries, grapes, oranges, blueberries and the nectarines.
  4. In another bowl, combine the lemon juice, honey, nutmeg and reserved pineapple juice.
  5. Pour over fruit; mix gently.Cover and refrigerate for several hours or overnight.
  6. NOTE: Cooking time is refrigeration time.
