Beef Stew for Family or Party

  1. Preheat oven to 325F.
  2. In a large pot, combine all the liquid and spices.
  3. Add in cubed beef (boneless chuck).
  4. Add all vegetables.
  5. Stir to mix.
  6. Cook, covered, for 3 hours.
  7. Stir twice during cooking.
  8. Discard bay leaves before serving or refrigerating.
