Popcorn Christmas Wreath Cake Recipe
- 5 to 6 quarts. popped popcorn
- 1/2 pound butter
- 1/2 c. oil
- 1 pound miniature marshmallows
- 1 pound gum drops
- 1/2 pound unsalted roasted peanuts
- Heat butter, oil and marshmallows on medium heat.
- Mix all ingredients together well.
- Press firmly into greased two piece tube cake pan.
- Let stand for at least 1 hour.
- Run knife around edges and center tube.
- Place on cake plate.
