French toast with caramel sauce

  1. Heat the water in a pot, pulverize the sugar in a food processor, add the sugar to the pot.
  2. Watch untill it turns a caramel color.
  3. Cut the heat and pour in cream add butter and whisk
  4. In a mixing bowl add the eggs, brown sugar, a splash of milk and vanilla bean, whisk together
  5. In a pan heat some butter, drench bread in egg mixture and cook in pan for about 1 minute on each side
  6. While cooking add a pinch of brown sugar for extra carmalization
