Cheddar Spread

• 34 cup shredded cheddar cheese
• 3 ounces room temp cream cheese
• 14 cup room temp butter
• 13 cup milk
• 14 cup diced green onion
• 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
• 12 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
• 12 teaspoon Tabasco sauce

1. Blend all ingredients together well in a food processor.
