Sauceless Pasta

  1. Chop onions, mushroom, and bell peppers.
  2. Put aside.
  3. Chop bacon and fry until desired crisp.
  4. Drain and put aside cooked bacon and reserve some bacon fat about 1 cup.
  5. Chop smoked sausage and lightly fry up until browned or skin of sausage busts a bit.
  6. Boil spaghetti noodles according to your liking.
  7. Drain and set to the side.
  8. Take about 3 tablespoons of bacon fat in a big skillet or pot add your chopped vegetables and cook to your desired tenderness.
  9. Add spaghetti noodles and meat to vegetables.
  10. Then add one can of rotel at a time until it's to your liking can add more or less.
  11. Add more bacon fat for season.
  12. Mix and heat thoroughly and serve hot.
  13. *Rotel makes it Spicy you can substitute for any diced tomatoes you like even fresh if you prefer.
  14. #Will alter taste.
  15. U also can substitute the bacon fat for seasoning by adding any seasoning you like but lightly as bacon is pretty salty.
  16. I use garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and natures season which all contain little to no salt.
  17. Also, pepper flakes because we like it hot in my family.
