Sauceless Pasta
- 1 box spaghetti noodles
- 3 multi color bell peppers
- 1 onion
- 3 can rotel
- 1 fresh mushrooms
- 1 packages of bacon
- 1 packages smoked sausage
- Chop onions, mushroom, and bell peppers.
- Put aside.
- Chop bacon and fry until desired crisp.
- Drain and put aside cooked bacon and reserve some bacon fat about 1 cup.
- Chop smoked sausage and lightly fry up until browned or skin of sausage busts a bit.
- Boil spaghetti noodles according to your liking.
- Drain and set to the side.
- Take about 3 tablespoons of bacon fat in a big skillet or pot add your chopped vegetables and cook to your desired tenderness.
- Add spaghetti noodles and meat to vegetables.
- Then add one can of rotel at a time until it's to your liking can add more or less.
- Add more bacon fat for season.
- Mix and heat thoroughly and serve hot.
- *Rotel makes it Spicy you can substitute for any diced tomatoes you like even fresh if you prefer.
- #Will alter taste.
- U also can substitute the bacon fat for seasoning by adding any seasoning you like but lightly as bacon is pretty salty.
- I use garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and natures season which all contain little to no salt.
- Also, pepper flakes because we like it hot in my family.
