Mini Taco Tarts Recipe

  1. Meat shells: Combine first 3 ingredients, mix well.
  2. Press meat mix into bottom and sides of tart pans and set aside.
  3. Combine lowfat sour cream, salsa, olives and 3/4 c. tortilla chips.
  4. spoon filling into each shell, mounding slightly.
  5. Combine remaining chips and cheese, sprinkle over top.
  6. Bake at 375 degrees for 10 min.
  7. Garnish with salsa
