Cheesy Chili Salsa

  1. In a blender, combine diced tomatoes, roma tomatoes, onion, cilantro, lime juice, garlic, jalapeno (if using), cumin, sugar, salt, and pepper.
  2. Blend until reaches desired consistency.
  3. Adjust seasonings, if needed.
  4. Pour salsa into a medium bowl and mix in chili and cheese with a spoon.
  5. Top with extra cheese, if desired.
  6. Serve immediately with tortilla chips or refrigerate until ready to serve.
