Cheesy Chili Salsa
- 2 cans (14 Oz. Size) Hunt's Diced Tomatoes, Any Flavor
- 2 Roma Tomatoes, Roughly Chopped
- 1/2 Red Onion, Roughly Chopped
- 1/4 cups Cilantro
- 1 Lime, Juiced
- 1 clove Garlic
- 1 Jalapeno, Seeds Removed (optional)
- 1/4 teaspoons Cumin
- 1/2 teaspoons White Sugar
- 1/4 teaspoons Salt
- 1/4 teaspoons Pepper
- 1 can (14 Oz. Size) Chili With No Beans
- 1/4 cups Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
- In a blender, combine diced tomatoes, roma tomatoes, onion, cilantro, lime juice, garlic, jalapeno (if using), cumin, sugar, salt, and pepper.
- Blend until reaches desired consistency.
- Adjust seasonings, if needed.
- Pour salsa into a medium bowl and mix in chili and cheese with a spoon.
- Top with extra cheese, if desired.
- Serve immediately with tortilla chips or refrigerate until ready to serve.
