With Delicious Meatballs! Easy Kimchi Nabe (Hot Pot)

  1. Roughly chop the chicken breast and pork belly.
  2. Put the meat from step 1 into a bowl with the ingredients.
  3. Knead well with your hands until the mixture becomes sticky.
  4. Add the ingredients and the kimchi (with its juices) to an earthenware pot.
  5. Bring to a boil and the kimchi soup is ready.
  6. Now just add the vegetables of your choice and use a spoon to drop the meatballs into the soup.
  7. It's done.
