With Delicious Meatballs! Easy Kimchi Nabe (Hot Pot)
- 1 Chicken breast
- 3 pieces Pork belly
- 1 Finely chopped Japanese leek
- 1 Egg
- 1 tbsp Sake
- 1 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Katakuriko
- 1 tsp Grated ginger
- 1 dash Salt and pepper
- 200 grams Kimchi
- 2 1/2 cup Water
- 1 tbsp Chicken soup stock
- 1 tbsp Soy sauce
- 3 tbsp Miso
- 1/2 tbsp Sugar
- Roughly chop the chicken breast and pork belly.
- Put the meat from step 1 into a bowl with the ingredients.
- Knead well with your hands until the mixture becomes sticky.
- Add the ingredients and the kimchi (with its juices) to an earthenware pot.
- Bring to a boil and the kimchi soup is ready.
- Now just add the vegetables of your choice and use a spoon to drop the meatballs into the soup.
- It's done.
