Moms Easy Meatloaf
- 1/4 cups To 1/3 Cups Bread Crumbs
- 1 whole Egg
- 13 cups Dried Vegetable/soup Greens (found In The Spice Aisle)
- 3/4 cups V8 Juice Or Watered Down Ketchup
- Salt And Pepper, to taste
- 1- 1/2 pound Meatloaf Mixture (usually Ground Beef, Veal And Pork) Or Ground Beef
- 1 cup Ketchup
- 13 cups Brown Sugar
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees .
- Mix bread crumbs (approximately 1/4 to 1/3 cup) and egg together to make sort of a thick paste.
- Add in soup greens.
- Mix in V8 juice, salt and pepper.
- Mix in with the meat by hand until well combined.
- Form into a loaf and place in an 11 in.
- x 7 in.
- baking dish.
- Bake for about an hour.
- About halfway through baking time, mix ketchup and brown sugar together and pour across the top of the loaf.
- Continue baking until done.
