Baked BBQ Ranch Turkey Tacos
- 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 pound Ground Turkey
- 2 Tablespoons Ranch Seasoning/Dressing Mix
- 1- 1/2 cup BBQ Sauce
- 6 whole Crispy Taco Shells
- 2 cups Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
- 1 whole Avocado, Peeled, Pitted And Cubed, For Garnish
- Preheat oven to 400 F.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium high heat.
- Add turkey and begin to break it up using a spatula and cook until it starts to brown.
- Add ranch seasoning.
- Cook turkey until thoroughly browned, then lower heat and add BBQ sauce.
- Stir and simmer for 3-4 minutes.
- Line up taco shells standing them up in an 8x8 baking dish.
- Divide turkey among taco shells.
- Sprinkle cheese on top of each taco and then bake for 10 minutes.
- To serve, garnish with chunks of avocado.
