Ron Dazzles Chocolate Ice Box Pie
- 1 (9 inch) pie shells, baked
- 1 (14 ounce) can condensed milk
- 2 (1 ounce) unsweetened chocolate squares
- 14 teaspoon salt
- 12 cup water
- 12 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup whipping cream, whipped
- Prepare baked pie shell.
- Cook next three ingredients in the top of a double boiler over hot water until thick.
- Add water slowly and let thicken again.
- Stir in vanilla and pour into pie shell.
- Cover with a piece of plastic wrap and refrigerate.
- Top with whipped topping when chilled.
