How to make paneer Recipe hannascreation
- Milk (approx 1 gallon of milk)
- 1/4 cup of vinegar
- cotton or muslin cloth
- Boil the milk
- When the milk boils add vinegar
- When milk curdles full, turn off the gas and keep aside for 5 minutes.
- Pour mixture on to a cotton/muslin cloth and tie it with a tight knot.
- Put some heavyweight to drain remaining water and make paneer firm(for at least 2 hours).
- You can shape the paneer the way you want.
