GEROMEs Scrambled Egg Croissants
- 8 large eggs
- 1 tbsp milk
- 100 grams grated cheddar
- 1 tbsp parmesan cheese
- 8 pieces croissant
- 2 tbsp chopped chives
- In a large bowl, whisk 8 eggs, add parmesan cheese, grated cheddar and milk.
- Cook in a saucepan over lower heat, stirring continously until well blended.
- Put the scrambled eggs inside the croissants.
- Serve, share and enjoy!
